The present general terms and conditions regulate the use of all the services available on the www.vallehermoso.es portal (hereinafter the "Portal") that the Vallehermoso, S.A. company with its registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 83-85, Madrid, makes available to Internet users. Through the mere use of the Portal, users express their full and unreserved acceptance of the said terms and conditions, which may be altered by Vallehermoso División Promoción S.A.U. at any time. In addition, users are subject to all those particular conditions, notices or regulations and instructions of which they are made aware in connection with specific contents or services, complementing the provisions of these general terms and conditions insofar as they do not oppose the same.

II.- Exclusion of liability for the operation of the Portal and its services

Vallehermoso does not warrant the availability or continuity of the operation of the Portal, its services and contents; where reasonably possible, Vallehermoso will give prior notice of interruptions in their operation. Vallehermoso División Promoción S.A.U. excludes, to the maximum extent allowed by law, any liability for harm or damage of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Portal or of any of its services, or for any failures in access to the various web pages of the Portal or those pages providing certain services.

III.- Possible alteration of the information available on the Portal

All of the documentation included on this web site referring to the different developments or real estate is subject to possible alteration either required officially by the competent authorities or due to the technical progress of the projects and their execution.

IV.- Use of the Portal and services by users

The user undertakes to act in good faith and to make legitimate use of the Portal, its services and contents, with the user being solely responsible for the use made of the same. VI.- Exclusion of liability for the services provided by Third Parties

The Portal makes available to uses a technical arrangement of interconnections, in the form of links, directories or search tools, allowing access to web pages or sites managed by Third Parties. Vallehermoso División Promoción S.A.U. does not exercise any ownership over the same and does not market or offer for sale any of the contents and services that they contain; it therefore does not assume any direct or indirect liability for the said web pages or sites.

VII.- Intellectual and Industrial Property

All of the contents, as well as any names, logos, trade marks and databases accessible on the Portal's web pages are subject to industrial and intellectual property rights held by Vallehermoso División Promoción S.A.U. or by Third Parties. In no case does access to the Portal's web pages imply any kind of waiver, transmission or assignment, in whole or in part, of the aforesaid rights, nor does it confer any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or communicate publicly the said IP contents or assets without the prior express authorization specifically given for the purpose by Vallehermoso División Promoción S.A.U., or by the Third Party holding such rights, except the right to view and make copies for the sole personal use by the users, which rights must always be exercised in accordance with the principles of good faith and applicable legislation.

Except where otherwise indicated, the replies to questions of a personal nature are voluntary. Users hereby accept that the personal information provided by them may be processed by means of automated files owned by and under the responsibility of Vallehermoso División Promoción and other companies in the Sacyr Vallehermoso Group.

IX.- Cookies

XII.- Applicable Legislation and Right of Venue

The present General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the application of the services or the interpretation or enforcement of the General Terms and Conditions, Vallehermoso and users expressly waive any right of venue that may lie to them and submit to the Courts of Madrid.

XIII.- Other Legal Notice

The information and documentation referred to the Royal Decree 515/1989 on the protection of consumers in the purchase of housing is available to interested parties in the sales offices of Vallehermoso.
